Refunds
At Emporly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) delays in shipping, buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or unexpected delivery times.
The only time a refund will be considered is if your item arrives damaged.
To qualify for a refund due to damage:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage.
• Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
