Because every hat is custom made and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns. If your hat arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Never. Unlike printed or painted designs, pyrography burns permanently into the felt fibers. Your design will never fade, crack, peel, or wash off. Each hat is also sealed with a protective weatherproof sealant for extra durability.

We package every hat in a custom hat box with protective padding to ensure safe delivery. In the rare case something happens during shipping, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.

My Process
Every hat starts as a plain felt blank. No stencils. No machines. No shortcuts. Each design is burned freehand, one stroke at a time, using a professional pyrography pen. Real turquoise stones are hand-set into every piece. Braided leather hatbands are finished with natural feathers. Each hat is sealed weatherproof so the design never fades. A single hat takes hours. No two are ever the same.
